How to delete your Sunbi account and what happens to your data
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your Sunbi account, follow these steps:
- Open the Sunbi app on your device
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision in the dialog
What Happens After You Request Deletion
After you request deletion, your account enters a 30-day grace period. During this time:
- Your account is marked for deletion but your data is still intact
- You will not receive push notifications
- If you sign back in during the 30-day period, you can cancel the deletion and restore your account
After 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted, including:
- Your profile and birth information
- Saved partners and compatibility results
- Daily Western and Oriental astrology insights
- Yearly fortune data
- Push notification settings
Subscriptions
Deleting your Sunbi account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged, please cancel your subscription separately through your device's app store settings before or after requesting account deletion.
- iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Can't Access the App?
If you are unable to access the Sunbi app and need to delete your account, please contact our support team at support@sunbi.club with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request manually.
